All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days, Monday - Friday. All orders received on Saturday, Sunday or on a Public Holiday will be processed the following business day.
*During busy times such as sale and promotional days please allow up to 2-3 days for your order to be dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia:
All domestic orders will be delivered by a flat rate of $10.00. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for delivery once you have receive your dispatch information.
We ship to countries in the following continents: North America, Europe/UK, Asia, Australia/New Zealand. Please select your location/region at the Checkout. International shipping cost will be calculated and added to your total order. All international orders shipped using DHL or FEDEX and will arrive within 5-10 business days.
If your items arrive faulty or damaged, we will be pleased to facilitate an exchange or refund for your purchase (including freight costs). Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item to organise the exchange or refund. We will then provide details on the address to send your product back to and the refund or exchange procedure.
We suggest sending returns via registered post, as we are unable to accept responsibility parcels that are lost in transit.
Change of Mind/Incorrect Sizing:
If you would like to return an item purchased via our e-boutique, please contact us, referencing your order number so we can authorise a return for you. Please note the cost of the return postage for change of mind/incorrect sizing is at your expense.
You can return any item purchased via our e-boutique for a full refund of the purchased price (excluding postage).
For Domestic orders, items must be returned to the return address within 7 Days of receiving your original order. International orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving your original order.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please ensure items are packed securely or using a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
It can take up to 7 business days for our team to undergo a quality check and have your refund processed. Once your item has been received and refunded you will receive an email notification once this has been done (Please allow 1-5 days for your refund to appear in your account)
